Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare for Transit

  Carefully repackage your items in their original, oversized luxury packaging to ensure the integrity of the materials remains intact during the journey back to our warehouse.

  White-Glove Pickup

  For our larger furnishings, we will coordinate a professional white-glove logistics team to collect the item directly from your residence at a scheduled time that suits your lifestyle.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
